Lower your use of the laundry machine. Each time you do a load of laundry, it uses a lot of water. Consider changing your laundry habits. For example, perhaps you could use a towel more than just once before washing it. 2. Turn off the water when you are brushing your teeth. This simple change can make a big difference over the course of a year. 3. Analyze your water bill carefully. Sometimes water leaks can be detected through a thorough analysis of a water bill. Picking up certain water management programs that link directly to your home systems can have a monumental impact of your water bill.
