Are Gaming Systems Unhealthy For Young People?
In '93, the Senate's proceedings on gaming violence and adult material helped bring us the Entertainment Software Rating Board along with the marketplaces present review technique: E for all people, M for adult (17 years of age and beyond) and so on. Down the track this coming year, the US Supreme court could test the constitutionality on the California law that could make it against the law to promote chaotic games to those under 18.
